OUR FOUNDERS

AIM LLC was founded by Buck Holly and Steven Dickinson—two seasoned leaders with decades of experience building systems, products, and organizations that work in the real world.

Buck Holly is a manufacturing expert and multi-company founder known for execution, product development, and scaling operations with speed and precision. He’s launched consumer brands, built tech platforms, and led high-performance teams across multiple industries. Buck brings a relentless focus on outcomes, clarity, and ROI.

Steven Dickinson is a 30-year law enforcement and military veteran with deep experience in logistics, asset management, and operational systems. As the longtime Armory Supervisor for one of Florida’s largest sheriff’s offices, he managed multi-million-dollar inventories and built custom software platforms to improve accountability, tracking, and field performance. A former U.S. Marine, Steven leads with discipline, structure, and mission-driven thinking.

Together, they built AIM to solve real problems with durable solutions—combining field-tested experience with modern tools to deliver products that scale, perform, and last.
